Left hand will be in front of the heart center (facing your body) and the Right hand will be resting on your knee in gyan mudra. The Left hand will be moving as you chant “I am”. Original start is 6 inches, First “I am” is 4 inches (towards your body) and second “I am” (away from the body) is 12 inches. Return to 6 inches (original start) for your breath.
Eyes are 1/10th open as you look forward through the eyelids.

I AM, I AM
This mantra creates an understanding and connection to who you are. In the 1st “I am” our mind will ask “What?” With the shift in movement you say again “I am”. This shifts our thinking to “I am what I am” as we continue to open our heart center. Repetition of I am I am takes approximately 2 – 3 seconds.
Inhale deeply suspend the breath for 40 seconds and feel the openness between the hand and the heart, exhale. Inhale suspend the breath 20 seconds and exhale. Inhale one more time and suspend the breath for 10 seconds and relax.
