Because I grew up with entrepreneurial parents — my mother and father founded the Yogi Tea Company in our basement in Hamburg, Germany — I am familiar with what kind of ambition and behavior is required to become a business visionary. For over ten years, I have worked with corporate clients to help various CEOs of large firms and wineries to establish and maintain healthy work environments.

I weave my knowledge of creative development in with psychology, cognitive thinking/speaking, and mindfulness. This dynamic approach helps foster change, clear communication, and creativity across all employee levels. In particular, I encourage organizational development, conflict resolution, and open communication in the workplace.
