Place right hand into the left hand-both facing up at your solar plexus. Connect thumb tips together with some pressure. Hold while keeping your elbows relaxed.

EYES

Eyes are focused on the tip of the nose (Even with the eyes focused on the tip of the nose you will mentally pulse the mantra at the brow point) (Yes this is a lot, do your best).

MUDRA

MANTRA

Exhale as you whisper Wahe - Guru (this is two distinct sounds) Wahe means indescribable, Guru means Truth, inner teacher. Chanting this mantra connects you to your inner higher truth / inner authentic teacher).

Breathing

Inhale in 6 segments while mentally chanting Sat Naam (6 times) Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam, Sat Naam (Sat means truth, Naam means identity. This mantra connects you to your inner true authentic self).

To END

Inhale and hold your breath as you focus all your attention to your brow point and then exhale powerfully through your mouth. Inhale and stretch your arms up and hold and exhale. Repeat this sequence three times total. Relax.
