Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung is the chant well known for protection in the Kundalini community. I have been chanting this since a little girl and with my children when they were little. It is calming, securing and healing. The wards are sound currents which connect to the universal energy such as the sun, moon and earth.
8 seconds inhale, 8 seconds holding breath, 8 seconds exhale. Repeat. Each 8 seconds will be with one full round of Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung.
Inhale and exhale deeply…sit quietly and be with yourself as you return to your natural breathing.
7 min. daily practice to build up to the one minute breath.
