Sa Ta Na Ma Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru this mantra is two mantras put together to create an energy currant of feeling empowered by one’s own authentic self as wise enough to transform one’s life and goals. All you need is within you always. This meditation helps you tap into that energy force.

Breathing

15 seconds inhale, 15 seconds holding breath, 15 seconds exhale. Repeat.

One repetition of the mantra, Sa Ta Na Ma Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru, is equivilant to 15 seconds.

There are three repetitions of same chant for each complete breath. 1st is inhale (15 secs), 2nd is holding your breath (15 secs) and 3rd is exhaling (15 secs). Go straight into your next inhale.

To END

Inhale and exhale deeply…sit quietly and be with yourself as you return to your natural breathing.

TIMING
